1. Are your products Non-GMO / Vegetarian / Vegan?
We do our absolute best to offer as many of our products with all three of these qualities as possible. Unfortunately not all of our products qualify, however if a product is any of these it is clearly labeled for your convenience.
2. How big are your tablets/capsules?
This varies greatly on a per-product basis. We are working hard on providing exact measurements for each product. With that being said, very few of our customers have complained about the size of our products.
3. Where do you get your products from?
If you are worried about quality, don’t be. All of our products are made here in the USA, and the formulation is approved by our on-staff doctor and scientific lead, Sergey Dzugan M.D. The products we sell here are the same we offer to our Members for use in their programs; if a supplement is ineffective or low quality, we simply do not use it and will not sell it.
4. Why do some of the bottles look different?
We are in the process of updating our product line. Rest assured that a different label has no impact on the quality of the supplement.
5. Why don’t you stock a particular supplement?
We can’t stock everything, and if it is not commonly used in our Programs then we typically don’t sell it. If there is something you would like to see us offer, get in touch and let us know. If it’s possible, we’ll give you a free bottle!
6. I want to take supplements, but I don’t know what to take!
This isn’t a question, but it’s a sentiment we encounter often. We are working on a quick questionnaire to help guide you in the right direction, but in the meantime, we highly recommend you contact us now. We will put together a program for you to follow, and give you an easy list of product recommendations to purchase.
